The Village of Progress is a private, non-for-profit organization that was founded in 1969 to help its clients live a fulfilling life as contributing members of the community. This summer heavy rains caused serious flooding at their facility in Oregon. After the floodwaters receded the restoration work began.
The Oregon Lions Club donated a washing machine to replace the one destroyed in the flood and several of their members volunteered their time to clean and renovate the facility.
